Go to the address of your personal section on the site. If you have forgotten the address you can search in the "Families Area"

If you have messages on the public section of your site you can choose to respond to them or not.

On your personal section click on the "Private Area" link. Enter your user name and password.

There you can post your location and contact information for others in your family that have access to the private area to see. Any member of the family with access to the private area can update their information on this page.

When you are done with your private area make sure you Log Out of the page.

Private information will not be divulged to anyone. To have access to a family's private information you must have been provided access by the family.

If you know the site address of the family you are trying to contact you can enter it in your browser. Otherwise go to the "Families Area" link and do a search there for the family you are looking for.

When you find the family click on their address and you will be taken to their public section where you can post a message to them. It will be up to them as to whether they respond to you or not.

Non-members cannot access the family's private location and contact information.

If you have found a pet having an identification tag with this web site address on it, please click on the "Pet Return" link.

On the Pet Return page enter the identification number that is on the pets tag in the search field and click "Find".

You will be taken to the pet owner's section of the web site.

There you can post to the owner that you have found their pet and advise them how to contact you.

We truly appreciate your effort in returning the pet to their family.
